On 19 December 2024, the Chairperson of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority issued Regulation of the Chairperson of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority Number 31 Year 2024 regarding Written Order. This regulation is stipulated in the context of regulatory updates that become the basis for the mechanism, procedures for the granting and implementation of Written Order to Financial Services Institutions and/or Certain Parties applicable to the entire financial services sector.
Pada tanggal 19 Desember 2024, Ketua Dewan Komisioner Otoritas Jasa Keuangan menetapkan Peraturan Ketua Dewan Komisioner Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 31 Tahun 2024 tentang Perintah Tertulis. Peraturan ini ditetapkan dalam rangka pembaruan pengaturan yang menjadi dasar mekanisme, tata cara pemberian, dan pelaksanaan Perintah Tertulis kepada Lembaga Jasa Keuangan dan/atau Pihak Tertentu yang berlaku untuk seluruh sektor jasa keuangan.
