Surat Bukti Kepemilikan Bangunan Gedung

On 18 October 2024, the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing stipulated Regulation of the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing Number 12 Year 2024 regarding Building Construction Ownership Certificate. This regulation is stipulated to provide legal certainty of building construction ownership, improve public services and the investment climate, and streamline regulations related to building construction ownership certificates.
Pada tanggal 18 Oktober 2024, Menteri Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat menetapkan Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat Nomor 12 Tahun 2024 tentang Surat Bukti Kepemilikan Gedung. Peraturan ini ditetapkan untuk memberikan kepastian hukum kepemilikan bangunan gedung, meningkatkan pelayanan publik serta iklim investasi, dan mengefektifkan pengaturan terkait surat bukti kepemilikan bangunan gedung.
