Procedure for the Implementation of Renewable Electricity Physical Market Trading at the Futures Exchange

Tata Cara Pelaksanaan Perdagangan Pasar Fisik Tenaga Listrik Terbarukan di Bursa Berjangka

On 20 November 2024, the Head of the Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency of the Republic of Indonesia stipulated Regulation of the Head of the Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency Number 11 Year 2024 regarding Procedure for the Implementation of Renewable Electricity Physical Market Trading at the Futures Exchange. This regulation is stipulated in the context of realizing the implementation of physical market trading of electricity sourced from renewable energy on the Futures Exchange which is regular, fair, efficient, effective, and transparent, as well as legal certainty.
Pada tanggal 20 November 2024, Kepala Badan Pengawas Perdagangan Berjangka Komoditi Republik Indonesia menetapkan Peraturan Badan Pengawas Perdagangan Berjangka Komoditi Nomor 11 Tahun 2024 tentang Tata Cara Pelaksanaan Perdagangan Pasar Fisik Tenaga Listrik Terbarukan di Bursa Berjangka. Peraturan ini ditetapkan untuk mewujudkan pelaksanaan perdagangan pasar fisik tenaga listrik yang bersumber dari energi terbarukan di Bursa Berjangka yang teratur, wajar, efisien, efektif, dan transparan, serta adanya kepastian hukum.
