Penyelenggara Agregasi Jasa Keuangan

On 21 February 2025, the Chairperson of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority stipulated Regulation of the Chairperson of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority Number 4 Year 2025 regarding Financial Service Aggregator. This regulation is stipulated to ensure that the aggregation of information on financial services products and services does not pose risks to consumers and financial services institutions as well as parties conducting activities in the financial services sector, so that adequate arrangements are needed, especially related to governance and risk management of each party that will carry out activities as a financial service aggregator.
Pada tanggal 21 Februari 2025, Ketua Dewan Komisioner Otoritas Jasa Keuangan menetapkan Peraturan Ketua Dewan Komisioner Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 4 Tahun 2025 tentang Penyelenggara Agregasi Jasa Keuangan. Peraturan ini ditetapkan untuk untuk memastikan agar agregasi informasi produk dan layanan jasa keuangan tidak menimbulkan risiko bagi konsumen maupun lembaga jasa keuangan serta pihak yang melakukan kegiatan pada sektor jasa keuangan, sehingga diperlukan pengaturan yang memadai terutama terkait tata kelola dan manajemen risiko setiap pihak yang akan menjalankan aktivitas sebagai penyelenggara agregasi jasa keuangan.
