Ketentuan Kepabeanan Atas Impor Barang Pindahan

On 14 April 2025, the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia stipulated Regulation of he Minister of Finance Number 25 Year 2025 regarding Provision on Customs on the Import of Personal Effects. This regulation is stipulated to improve services and supervision, provide legal certainty, as well as in the context of modernizing the customs service system related to the import of personal effects.
Pada tanggal 14 April 2025, Menteri Keuangan Republik Indonesia menetapkan Peraturan Menteri Keuangan Nomor 25 Tahun 2025 tentang Ketentuan Kepabeanan Atas Impor Barang Pindahan. Peraturan ini ditetapkan untuk meningkatkan pelayanan dan pengawasan, memberikan kepastian hukum, serta dalam rangka modernisasi sistem pelayanan kepabeanan yang berkaitan dengan impor barang pindahan.
