We would like to inform you that our in-person Intellectual Property Committee, focused on the discussion of the Patent Law Revision, originally scheduled for Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at 10:00 – 11:30 (GMT 7), has been rescheduled to Tuesday, May 20, at 10:00–11:30 AM (GMT 7).

The amendment of the Patent Law Revision presents opportunities and challenges for US businesses in Indonesia. As the legal framework evolves, businesses must adapt rapidly to ensure compliance, competitiveness, and adherence to national regulations.

Designed as a collaborative forum, this committee meeting aims to facilitate dialogue among government representatives, legal practitioners, and business actors as key stakeholders to discuss the evolving regulatory landscape, challenges in implementing reforms, and opportunities for collaboration.

Please note that this event will be conducted in Bahasa Indonesia.
